To register a new company in CRS, here are the 5 main steps to accomplish.

 

 

 

 

 

 

   1. Login:                              Create an account using your existing email address and                                                    use it to access and login to the account that will be                                                            created.

   2. Select Application Type: Choose to register a new company among other application                                                types such as submitting an appeal and amendments for                                                    your existing company registered in SEC.

   3. Verify Name:                   Select the company type and industry type of your                                                                company that will used to verify your proposed company                                                      name. This is also where the proposed company name                                                        and/or its trade names are entered for name verification.

   4. Add Company Details:    Fill up the online application forms that will be displayed.                                                      Data entered in the form/s will be used to generate                                                              documents such as your Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws,                                                and other company registration documents. Download                                                        these documents to upload them in the next step.

   5. Upload Documents:        Upload all required documents as listed and shown in the                                                    system. Choose to submit for processing, review, and                                                          approval of SEC.

 

Reminders:

1. You are given 4 days to complete Step 3 or your application will expire.

2. You should also finish Steps 4 and 5 within 30 days or your application will expire.

3. Once your application expires, the application will be cancelled and deleted. Your proposed company name will also be  available again in the public to be applied for registration.
